    <description>&lt;P&gt;I baught a sim card with preloaded datapack . But when i try to make calls or use mobile data says no allowance . Now on my three account it says in add ons there is an active datapack wont even let me buy another.(not that i want to ) .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cust service absoloutly appaling saying that there is no active datapack on account and it is not possible - calling me a liar basically .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone has a solution&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's quite strange, there would normally always be a trace of the add-on or anything else put onto the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still haven't had success with the PAYG Support team, you can log a &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3uZKGX4" target="_self"&gt;Complaint&lt;/A&gt; and the team there can perform an investigation into the situation for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
