Problem with three+ whsmith reward code

Anyone having problem with whsmith reward code on Three+? I've followed the instructions, checked t&c, and still it says code invalid. Is it just me?

Contacted whsmith as told in the app. They said it's three who's responsible for the code, not them. Tried Three live chat twice, advisors polite enough but not useful at all. One told me to keep trying, one told me it's whsmith problem.

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with the code.

I know it's frustrating to be going back and forth between the two with 1 blaming the other, but as far as I know, it's something that WHSmith should be checking out. Three don't generate the codes, they are provided by WHSmith and passed along as part of the promotion. If a code isn't working, it would really need to be them that determines why that's the case.
