      <description>&lt;P&gt;How are you able to cancel?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am out of contract and my letters are ignored. The live chat is absolute joke, as soon as I say I want to cancel there are no advisors available!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve put a complaint in - also ignored - all while my arrears grow. I am at a loss - please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
