    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a £384 limit but I can't even make a 1.99 purchase using three pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your useless Indian live chat say not an issue their end but every service that accepts says it's three saying no funds. Have increased limit by £100 and still no resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who can I escalate this to as it worked every month until this one. Balance is clear also&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you let me know a bit more about the issue. So just to check it's since your new bill cycle started, have you renewed your plan or made any other significant changes to your account?&lt;BR /&gt;What error message are you seeing?&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tested making purchases on different apps or services, or is it one specific £1.99 purchase?&lt;/P&gt;
