      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't get to speak to a human&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But a contract is missing on My3 so I can't see bills or when my contract ends&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep logging in to the account by the handset but it still doesn't show missing contract any ideas what to do before I go to the shop and cancel contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you've had multiple lines since before 2023, they'll have separate My3 accounts by default. You can either manage these by having separate emails for each one, or you can ask &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;customer services&lt;/A&gt; to link the accounts together. They can do this as long as your details match as account holder for all accounts being linked.&lt;/P&gt;
