Thanks for the reply. I called customer service, but what happened next, they made me confirm my number with a code that they send via SMS. The time to enter the code expires and the call is disconnected. SMS arrives 1-2 minutes after the call has already ended. I've tried several times and it's still the same. Just contacting someone there is absurd to say the least. Anyway, thanks again for trying to help me.
