    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I need help my contract finished in August which I paid and just had my bill come through and it’s still saying the same amount when I don’t need to pay that amount again as my contract should be finished what do I do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and do I need to cancel my contract otherwise I’m going to get charged for the full amount when my contract is over&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry for any confusion here, plans roll over at the same rate if you don't arrange to renew or cancel them. All Pay Monthly plans have a minimum term, we wouldn't cut you off or change the agreement without this being discussed.&lt;/P&gt;
