&lt;P&gt;We do use 0333 numbers, but unfortunately "spoofing" software does allow caller IDs to be faked. Here's a link to our page on &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/privacy-safety/fraud-to-watch-out-for" target="_self"&gt;Fraud to watch out for&lt;/A&gt; which gives loads of helpful advice on how to spot scams and spam, as well as advice on how to report these.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there's ever any doubt as to the identity of a caller who claims to be representing Three, don't feel pressured to give them information, and you can always &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt;, the team will be able to confirm when we've called as there's always notes of this recorded on the account.&lt;/P&gt;
