Hey @Lisa5759,

Welcome to the Three Community!

Now that your SIM Only contract has expired, you'll be able to upgrade your existing plan to a new plan. You'll have the option of a 1-month rolling plan, 12-month plan or 24-month plan for SIM Only.

If you're looking for a 'new customer' offer, you can absolutely go ahead with the sale. It would mean you'd have a new number and wouldn't be able to transfer your existing number to the new account.

If you'd like to discuss this further and get some more information on the deals available to you, I'd recommend chatting with our upgrades team.

Thanks,

Kate
