Use old sim

I bought sim cards in August 2023 with 10gb preloaded for 30 day in 71 countries.

We are going to Europe and I want to use the same Sims and possibly load them again with 10gb for 30 day use. The only option I found was a one off 10gb for 10 pounds, but it does not say if it is good for europe fir 30 days or if it includes text and calls in europe.

Any ideas?

Hi @Farshad,

PAYG SIM cards deactivate after 6 months with no chargeable usage, i.e no calls, texts, or mobile data connection made, so you'd be best to test these are still connected first, if you haven't been using them in the UK in the meantime.

If you're visiting a Go Roam in Europe destination, you certainly can use a data pack to call, and message UK and European numbers whilst you're over there. Data you can use for Roaming varies depending on the size of Data Pack you purchase, there's more info about this here:

If you need to check whether the destination(s) you visit are covered, have a look at our Roaming Support page, you can pop in the name of a destination, select that you have PAYG, and all the relevant pricing info will load.
