&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you've taken out a SIM plan by mistake. It sounds like you've just recently cancelled this additional SIM? Do you know which date the cancellation was processed, and what date your latest bill was produced? If these were in quick succession, or the bill produced first, this should usually be credited back on the next bill.&lt;/P&gt;
