&lt;P&gt;This does look like a scam, we wouldn't use a domain like&amp;nbsp;@three-networks.com when we have legitimate email addresses on our actual website domain @three.co.uk. We also wouldn't show a caller ID beginning 020 as these represent local landline numbers. In most cases these sorts of numbers are being "Spoofed", where the number called from is faked, the 020 number is most likely someone's personal landline or small business number.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello can anyone tell me if this is a scam? Email address is three@three-networks.com as I’ve had a phone call today from an 020 number and offering me a new contract&amp;nbsp;I did apply for an upgrade but never heard anything thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
