&lt;P&gt;A PAC is used to cancel an account, the number transfers as part of the process. If you've cancelled the account already, you can't then get a PAC for it as the number is already terminated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would need to contact the &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2PmAIzQ" target="_self"&gt;Support Team&lt;/A&gt; in order to see if there's anything that can be done about that. Depending on the status of the account, it may or may not be possible to recover the number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
