      <title>Three upgraded me, and removed my service??</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am so upset because I am now 3 days without service. I cant text or use my data. Imagine in August I have asked Three to upgrade my contract to a sim only plan which they did via chat. Then the team made the mistake of cancelling my contract. I then called in September 18th to sort out the mistake made by Three staff, over the phone. Took my bank details. Told me it’s All fixed and I didnt need to pay anything. My new phone contract was sent over to my email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fast forward to Friday September 26th, I received a text message stating they&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;still haven't received payment for your overdue bill - so some of my services have now been suspended. I spoke to another advisor telling me to send an email over to proofs@contact.three.uk but no one has gotten back to me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very upset that I have to deal with not having proper service or network for 3 days now. It is so frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did this get resolved ok?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the same happen last night and my sim is dead. I upgraded to a new contract deal when suddenly my sim went offline. Three told me the upgrade went wrong so apparently put me back on my old contract, I asked them to ensure my sim was active to which they said yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my broadband device tells me there is a “sim registration” fault and it is still not back online…thanks to the three agent for lying to me ;(&lt;/P&gt;</description>
