    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Absolutely rubbish customer service, Overcharged me for my bill, added on extras onto my account without my consent and when I rang up to query I was told I asked for the extras to be added on when clearly I never did, wouldn’t refund me my money back, raised a complaint and was told will get a call back in 48 hours still no contact. Customer service team is very bad not paying attention to details. Had to contact them couple of times myself to chase my query. Trying to rob people by wrongly overcharging people by adding extras. I would give them a minus if I could. Have also been experiencing poor network connection recently, no reception in most if the areas. I would not recommend using their customer service team or contacting them. These guys need reporting to the consumer ombudsman.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
