      <title>No tracking ID after sending proof of purchase</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone was replaced last year by insurance company and now few days back I lost my phone. I have been asked to mail my proof of purchase that I received from my insurance company to proofs@contact.three.co.uk. I have already done that multiple times and under no mail have I received my tracking ID. Customer service has told in order to check progress, they need the tracking ID.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My first mail was on 30th September.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;This is the message that I keep getting every time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;“&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for getting in touch,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We'll look at your query and get back to you – it’ll usually be within 5 working days.
