    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been a 3 pay monthly contract customer for over 10 years, same number the whole time.&amp;nbsp; I was under the impression that as an older customer I did not have to pay to use my phone abroad, but I keep getting texts about a £2 daily charge?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website is really unclear as to whether I need to buy a Roam pass or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/25117"&gt;@Kyriacou86&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you've not upgraded your contract since October 2021 or received notification that your current contract terms have ended, then you'd still have access to free-roaming as part of your contract terms.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When did you last process an upgrade on the account? You'll be able to check if you've had the £2 daily fee applied to the account, by going to 'View all allowances' - 'View all data usage' - 'Daily roaming charge'.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope this helps,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kate&lt;/P&gt;</description>
