this morning I received a call from someone he told me that he received a call from my number I said no I didn’t called you he said then someone is using your phone number to scheme people there any one to help me

That's frustrating, I'm sorry to hear that.

Is this the first time you've received a call like this? I'd recommend checking out fraud to watch out for.

It may be a case of number spoofing, This is when fraudulent 3rd parties use software to mask their number and it will use a randomly generated number. Which often turns out to be a legitimate customer number.

Hopefully, it'll be a one-off occasion, however, if it does persist, or you'd like to change your number, please contact our Support team.
