Voicemail not working - people can't leave me messages

Hello, I can call my voicemail by pressing 1 and I get a message that I don't have any messages. But if anyone calls my number and I don't answer, they get a recorded message which says "the person you wish to leave a message for cannot be identified". And they are not able to leave a message for me.

Anyone else come across this? Any suggestions on how I can get my voicemail working again would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @JBF,

It sounds like your voicemail may be deactivated, if you pop through for a chat with our Support team, they'll be able to activate this for you.
