Wrong default credit report under a different name!

Three reported a default on my credit report under a different name which i didn't know until today because i am applying for a mortage. You basically destroyed my Equifax Credit score and no liability? I need this fixed now! What kind of joke is this?

When you say under a different name, do you mean it's not your full name that the mark is under, or it's a different name for Three who have reported the default?

Do you currently have a Three account? If so, have you missed any payments around the time of the default?
