A friend of mine has three and has a deal that gives them 120GB of data, unlimited texts and calls and 70 days free roaming in Europe for £12 a month. Can I have that please

We'd be unable to process any requests for new plans, as these need to be managed via self-serve or with a customer service agent online/in-store.

Please pop through to our online store page for SIMs and click the 'Help me Choose' option on the left side, you can enter what you're looking for any may find something similar to this deal that you've outlined.

Thanks Michael but can’t find the deal that my friend has, the trouble is if I ring the help line it will take 2 hours to sort and I just haven’t got that time to waste, just want somebody to text me and say, it’s fixed and you have the deal you asked for from November 1st, please reply yes to accept or no not to accept. Simples..
