&lt;P&gt;There's a couple of different limits that could apply here, if you haven't hit the £40 per transaction limit, or the £240 per month, this could indicate that your credit limit which counts any unpaid bills plus your unbilled charges is being reached.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you been in touch with customer services to check if your credit limit needs to be increased?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi can you help me please, I can't access three pay .. so like buying an app on the Google play store or using boku etc, I tried the chat but it's a robot and just provided a couple of links, one of which said spending limits .. so I clicked on it and it says it looks like I've hit my spend limit...but I haven't used it at all, I only got my new SIM today on a 24 month contract.&amp;nbsp; Is there a ruling in place that I have to wait for my first bill and pay it before I can start using three pay? I also tried calling 333 but couldn't seem to get to speak to a actual person and got stuck in a loop of menus. I'd be very grateful for any help, thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
