&lt;P&gt;We'll always send a final bill within 38 days of cancelling a plan, to account for any final usage charges, or recalculate your airtime to the exact date of cancellation. Or if you haven't specifically upgraded, cancelled, or switched your plan then this will rollover at the same rates.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can let us know a bit more about the circumstances we'll be happy to look into this further for you, and answer any questions.&lt;/P&gt;
