My phone has been lost couple of days ago. As I did tried to find around but, unfortunately I didn’t find. It was late night and then early morning I called to insurance company and claim that phone which lost. And called to Three company and locked my SIM. Insurance company contacted me regarding some information about lost device. I have pass through all the details to insurance company. They got back to me after couple of days and asking for more information about that incident.

Hello there.

It's normally some kind of proof of usage and proof of blacklisting the insurance companies are looking for from you. If you've already provided your requests to the support team, they should have that information sent out to you within around 72 hours.

Pete.
