      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you want to change this setting for your phone account and have a credit card to hand, you can do that via the Three App. Once you've logged in, tap the account avatar in the top right corner. You can then choose 'Adult filter settings' from the menu and follow the steps to make the changes. If you don't have a credit card, you can give us a call on 333 or visit a Three store with valid photo ID.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5103"&gt;@Ramiqi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kosovo isn't one of our Go Roam destinations, so using your phone there is chargeable (the page&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23"&gt;@sc1999&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has linked to gives full details on those charges, and some instructions for making sure roaming is activated).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a spend cap set up, then you'll need to change that to allow those chargeable calls, texts or data to work.
