Hello,

I pre-ordered my Iphone 16 Pro Max on August 28th in store. I still have no shipping info with DPD. The woman that works for three said I will receive it at the end of October. Please can I have an update on my order….

Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry for the delay with your order. We understand this'll be frustrating. Did they give you an exact date for the end of October? Do you know what's caused the delay?

Hi @de4ne,

So just to check you placed the order on the 28th September? Can you let me know which iPhone 16 Pro Max variant this was. If you can let me know the colour and internal storage I can try to find out more about when these are expected to ship. This will only be general info though, customer services should be able to check against your specific order and account.
