I want to change the payment date of these numbers to the 1st of every month, Not the billings date.

You need to contact 3 directly by calling 333.

Payment dates are fixed and based on the billing date, but if the billing date for your account is amended, then this is how you would change the payment date. Sorry for any confusion there. As this is our Community forums and info shared is public, we've removed the numbers to help keep your info safe.

As long as your bills aren't overdue, you can request customer services to change the date for you. This will result in a pro-rata amount, but the team will be able to confirm for you how the next two payments will change depending on when you request the change, and how far you're moving the bill dates by.
