Hi there.

I'm unable to reply to you in Polish, sadly. I got "I have the same thing, I have unlimited everything and I get a Spend cap" from what you wrote, hopefully that's right.

If you're having issues with a spend cap warming coming up, it might be due to you accessing a service that is not covered under the free allowance, such as a premium service.

If you're sure you are not accessing a premium service, have you checked to make sure the most recent bill payment went through successfully for your account?

Pete.

Hello, Charntell.

Oh, that's not so good. Has your most recent bill been paid? If not, you might be restricted from making calls temporarily.
