    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening PeteG,&amp;nbsp; Many thanks for further trying to clarify what appears to be the inexplicable!&amp;nbsp; It seems from your opening comments that the team at Three are no nearer understanding, let alone finding a solution to this problem than they were seven weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Looking at the situation objectively as an unaffected and detached outsider might, if a technology company encounters an unfortunate 'glitch' affecting one of their systems which is later seen to have 'unintended' beneficial effects in that this companies customers eventually realise that this glitch is never going to be eliminated and the only solution for them to continue enjoying the feature or service they had before this very unwelcome glitch created the problem would be to exchange their equipment for updated models which the company would of course be only too pleased to supply, then human nature being such, nobody in their right mind would expect the company to be too concerned with investigating the problem in order to find a solution!&amp;nbsp; I suppose this hypothetical observer might be a tiny bit cynical and suspicious, but there again, probably no more than most of us.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your account. Just to check is this issue also happening on your browser too? Have you tried clearing the App data or uninstalling and reinstalling the App?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear you're also experiencing this issue. We're still looking into this, but can you help with a bit more info about the issue and troubleshooting of this issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When does the blank screen occur, are you able to initially open the App, and is this immediately when you click to login, or after you've entered your email and password?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;On browser can you access the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Three Homepage&lt;/A&gt;? Is it only when you click to login this fails? Can you share the web address of the page which fails to load please?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does the issue happen when using both Mobile Data and Wi-Fi?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Can you check if clearing your browsing data fixes this? Try Settings&amp;gt; Safari &amp;gt; Clear History &amp;amp; Website Data.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Three App&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You can also try resetting your network settings, we suggest this as a last step, as your phone will also forget any saved Wi-Fi networks, but it tends to help solve a lot of browser/app errors on iPhones.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know how you get on with the above.&lt;/P&gt;
