&lt;P&gt;I would recommend against upgrading to a new iPhone simply for the purpose of accessing My3. The app team are working on a solution and it is expected that users will be able to log in as before once the problem is fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have got an iPhone 6s Plus. All updates have been done. My Three app does not open up when I press ‘my account’ to check my bills etc. 15.8.3 is my current IOS installed version. Any help to rectify this issue will be really helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried signing into your My3 account through the website in stead to see if that produced different results?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also have a phone with 15.8.3 and having been instructed to update the 3 app last week now I just get a blank screen. I’m assuming the only solution is to buy a later phone that can update to iOS 16.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
