Can’t buy add ons ,,wont accept any cards I pay with

Trying to buy credit and add ons ,,I go through the whole process but then it says This card is not working ,try another one ,I have tried three bank cards all with plenty of funds but will not accept any ,,I now have no credit even though I bought a new data pack last week that hasn’t registered ,,now no phone to get me through an airport and back to the U.K.

this has never happened before

I cannot purchase add on or data pack online. This is the error nessage I get:
Sorry, that card didnt work. Could you try a different one?
I tried 50 times over two days to no avail and the card is perfectly fine, I use it every day in the shop and I do online purchases too without any issue. I called your colleague but he could not help me.

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble completing a purchase online.

Do you have another card you can try to make the payment with? Did our Customer Service team attempt the payment when you reached out?

Funny how all you people here seem to be unaware that this company no longer HAS customer service for PAYG sims. Whenever you call it just says you have "digital support". Which does not exist.
