Data allowance recommended is rubbish

Renewed my contract 2 weeks ago. I changed my data allowance to that recommended by 3 in my email. Totally useless and inaccurate. Want to increase my data back to what it was as can't keep adding the v expensive add on. How can I sort this. Thinking go speak to someone in a store tomorrow 🤔

I'm sorry to hear your allowances don't seem to be covering you as well with your new upgrade.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Service team, they'll be able to provide you with all options available to you.
