    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having trouble getting on to your account I have been trying to pay my bill now for a week but everytime I try and go to my account it comes up with 'error, we're trying to fix this, please try again later' I'm so frustrated, I will have to call in the morning as I have now been cut off, I have updated the app and have also tried online but it's still doing the same&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
