      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using three for 2 year and more and bought new mobile from Apple and after 2 days I inserted three card on that mobile and very next day i lost my new mobile without using any calling from new phone and i used only internet then i ask three to gave me proof of usage as my insurance company needed to claim my insurance so three asked me to give proof of purchase so i sent it and after 7 days they not reply me anything when i called them they said you not used your three card so they not avle to generate proof of usage I don’t understand after using internet data of three in that mobile how they said i not inserted three card i am helpless now as I know they can blacklist my mobile by imei number and generate proof of usage but they don’t want to give service to there customers I think so if anyone here who knows how to do complain against three let me know &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt; thank you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/27583"&gt;@Piyushkarkar&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
