&lt;P&gt;To have the accounts merged, they will all need to be in your own name. If any of the contracts are in someone else's name, that contact won't be able to be merged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To get the accounts merged together, you will need to speak to the &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2PmAIzQ" target="_self"&gt;Support Team&lt;/A&gt; in order to make the request.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this but customer services have had a process for linking and unlinking accounts for a long time now, so I'm not sure why this wouldn't have been possible. Are all the accounts in your name as account holder and registered to the same details for address and email etc?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did the team give you a reason why this wasn't possible, like a technical issue or what happened when you spoke to them?&lt;/P&gt;
