Where has the £1 drink at cafe Nero gone, it is not showing in my rewards anymore. Octopus energy are still giving me a free cafe Nero drink and their app and customer services are brilliant maybe Three could learn something from them.

Hi @Bair,

I've still got the Nero offer showing on my Three+, you might need to select the "All Rewards" tab at the bottom of the app if you're not seeing a particular offer in the home screen.

This topic is an older one, but if you check out there's a few other customers asking about this today.

The usual offer isn't on this week, however if you check out the Surprise Spin option on Three+, there's Caffe Nero offers up for grabs there, including the £1 drink code.

I tried to find answer about this. One week later, it’s back to 80000 but it was sold out even though I tried to get it early Monday morning. They’ve never sold out this fast before.
