PAYG balance dropped £1

I only use this sim for a backup. Topped up £5 on 09/10/24 and made one call costing 35p, so was left with £4.65. I have mobile data turned off and wifi turned on. I haven't made any texts or calls since. Today I checked the balance and it is now £3.65, where did that extra £1 disappear to?

Is there any way to see or check what used that £1 credit? Or check my credit usage generally? Is there any way to turn off mobile data on my three account?

You can check what the £1 has been used for via your Three app under the usage section. Are you registered for the Three app?
