My coffee for £1 seems to have vanished from my three plus app, yet other people still have it. Any ideas?

I had this but there was an expiry date and I think it was late September or early October.

Welcome to the Three Community.

It could be the code expired as sc1999 suggested. We're also experiencing some technical issues with the Three+ app at the moment, which is being worked on by engineers. If the code didn't expire, it's possible that the work being done is the reason it's not showing up.

3 says I have used Nero codes ending 2nd and 9 th April the app never let me download them , really inconsistent app Wake up Three not good enough

You've posted on quite an old thread. You'll find more helpful info here:

This week we're giving customers the chance to upgrade to better Caffe Nero prizes. Look for the Surprise Spin option on Three+, you may win a better offer such as free drinks instead of the usual £1 offer. This will be back to normal on Monday.
