&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your account. There's a free text option to query if you have any Early Termination Fee, by texting INFO to 85075, then when you receive the reply send another message with your Date of Birth in format DDMMYYYY.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should then receive info on if there's any time left on your minimum term, and what the fee would be to cancel early if relevant. You can read more about this and other help on &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/switching/leave-three/more-information-about-leaving-three" target="_self"&gt;switching here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd also recommend to &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt;, the team can confirm the same info, and check into your options for renewing with Three, and help out with a PAC or notice to cancel if you would rather close your account for any reason.&lt;/P&gt;
