&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you've been having trouble getting in touch. If you're looking to remove this from the Three App, once you've logged into your account, you should navigate to the Add Ons section at the bottom of the screen.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have the Paramount+ Add On you should see the option to remove this from there. Please note this does last till the end of the current bill cycle, so if you've already asked customer services to remove this it may still last up to 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;
