Hi,

I’m new to three rewards. I clicked on the reward for £1 cafe Nero drinks for this week. The code generated however it’s locked and says already claimed which I haven’t.

It's not terribly reliable as you can see from all of the other posts. It's the only promotion that is of any use to me but all you can do is try again next week.

Sorry for any confusion. This is quite an old thread, if you check out you'll find more helpful info. The Nero offer has changed to the "Surprise Spin" this week which gives you a chance at winning a better reward.

Hi there, the same has just happened to me in Liverpool. I haven't been in cafe Nero this week and just tried to redeem the code and it said already used. Suffice to say it was quite embarrassing!
