Unable to link up the number

Hi i have two three sims and i have registered one sim using one email address . I want to link up the other sim to the same email address but i don’t know how to do it . In website it says contact to three but whenever i try to contact no one pick up the calls.
does anyone know what should i do ? Or whom should I contact????

We can definitely get the accounts linked up for you, but as you mentioned this would be done by a member of the team who can access your account information.
