      <description>&lt;P&gt;Loyal Customer For Nearly 30 Year and noticed that changes are needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I started with this company ,It was so different and I got so many friends and family&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;converted as could not see past them!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But now I think someone has changed the courses that some staff customer operators go to train&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As now it seems like most cant be bothered or try and sell you some deal you don't need .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And simple tasks are made out to be "maybe After you take out this other plan or ?"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Going back it seemed to be a lot easier ,I have typed ,txt spoke to so much operators that I could&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;type all the answers out before the questions are asked and just copy and paste them!What has or is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Going on?and is this an easy solution for them or a very difficult one?because something has to change for the better to get the confidence back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
