    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my 3 5G contract and have had my final bill confirming this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no returns bag has arrived after several weeks and now I have been sent an email threatening to charge me £105 if it’s not returned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do I return it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's not great news. It normally arrives within 5 working days of being requested. I'd recommend reaching out to the &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3dRbPoE" target="_self"&gt;support team&lt;/A&gt; to let them know you haven't received anything yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
