&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that you're running into these difficulties. It might be worth going to Settings&amp;gt;Safari&amp;gt;Clear History &amp;amp; Website Data in case you're not connecting to an up to date version of the Three website.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The App should also be available on the App store. If you're still having trouble with this can you share the weblink for the page you're having trouble with?&lt;/P&gt;

The 3 website offers to download the last compatible version of the app, but when I click on yes to download it just reverts to the same message.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
