I use the Topaz Video AI program for video work. It requires authentication upon start-up which it does by contacting its head office via the Internet connection. However, this connection is blocked by the Three mobile broadband network, and I have to fire up a VPN to make the connection, then discard the VPN afterwards. I know from talking to Topaz that I'm not the only user with this issue. Is there a way to clear the block?

Is this a recent occurrence as many issues about accessing certain sites and servers have come about since Friday last.

Same issue since Friday, many other users have also reported this on here. The workaround of updating the APN details on the router has worked for most people. I'm using an old Huawei CPE Pro router and the APN details have been hidden by Three so I couldn't do that. Instead I factory reset it and that's resolved it for me. No issues since then.
