    <description>&lt;P&gt;So its all wired up correctly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive got the app ive been through set up 10 times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And all it does is say&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create wifi network(in red)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We found a issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to see if you eero and modem are connected properly then try again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well they are !!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do i do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check the eeo log for any relevant error messages (activity page, clock icon at top right)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try connecting a computer directly to external hub via an ethernet cable and check whether you have an internet connection and can the web and access the hub settings page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
