    <description>&lt;P&gt;What type of box are you using?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note if it as eero box you are using there are ongoing network issues that prevent some eeros connecting to the eero server and if you log out of or reset the eero you might not be able to get back in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resetting the external hub&amp;nbsp; might help but you might also need to change the APN to three.co.uk as a temporary work around&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Forum moderators have been noticeably absent from the many threads discussing the networks issues!&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":sad_but_relieved_face:"&gt;😥&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just got the new 5g broadband box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying for ages to change my wifi password , it's just keep rejecting every password I use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also there's the default option and the guest option, normally there would be just one option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure why it would be rejecting the passwords you are trying to use, the Wifi password rules are fairly flexible. It might be worth factory resetting the Hub to see if that helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There's always a guest option. This allows you to provide guests access to your Wifi without them being able to access your personal local devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
