    <description>&lt;P&gt;I know it may not help but I'd suggest taking a close-up picture of the label on the modem. Filling the screen if possible. Then it may be easier to decipher the actual characters shown - I suspect you are simply reading a character incorrectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Taking a picture for reference is a good idea anyway. The other day I was cleaning some leaves out of a downpipe and found the modem label in there. It must have washed off... Luckily I have the picture I took before climbing out on the roof.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
