      <title>5G home broadband very Slow</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it has been few weeks already that we experience a very low speed with the 5G broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Few months ago it was around 300mbps and recently it does not produce more that 10mbps with a lot of issue to play or watch TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking at the network status the message we get is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;We hope to have things fixed as soon as possible and will add any updates here.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It would be great to have visibility about timeline for this issue to be solved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's unfortunate that you're experiencing an issue with the connection. A specific time frame isn't usually provided, most likely because issues can vary in their impact and duration, and giving a date may set false expectations. You might be able to get specific info from the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/home-broadband?intid=hbbsupportnav" target="_self"&gt;Broadband Team,&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but keep in mind that if they are able to provide a data for when the fix is expected, it is just an estimate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
